Culture Trip Raises $20M in Series A from PPF group

London Based global media/tech start-up “Culture Trip”, yesterday revealed their Series A funding round of $20M from the PPF Group. More than 30,000 articles and videos have been published to allow free flow of knowledge about countries from around the world which includes cultural, travel and food recommendations articles. The company has recently opened three new offices in London, New York, and Tel Aviv, with already attracting millions of users & submissions from its global community of over 40 country hubs.
The investment will propel a significant acceleration in the business & technology strategy, which utilizes a bespoke knowledge graph – built using AI technology, which would facilitate more personalized experiences, helping to navigate through content in a meaningful way.
